Christmas in Giethoorn

A christmas menu was born! Come eat with the three "wise" ladies from the East. During the five-course dinner, the most beautiful dishes pass the revue. Of course, the menu, if desired,
be accompanied by a fitting (Bob) wine event. Especially for our youngest guests we serve a children's menu. Do you have dietary wishes?
Upon request we serve a suitable alternative dish.

Christmas salmon with shrimp and limo dressing
Organic Christmas ham with Blokzijl onion confectionery
Salad of red cabbage with golden straw and peasant boys

Fennel Cappuccino with a touch of Pernod
Bright forest paddle broth with celeriac and snowflakes
Wild broth with truffle profiles and herbs

Zachtgegaard stewed sprout with apple syrup and caramelized apple
Grilled gambas with garlic-paprika sauce
Crispy lupine in basket with forgotten vegetables and an orange-thyme dip

Fresh snow white spoon with sorbet ice cream

Cod with herb crust on a bed of stew with swollen mustard foam
Hachee of shiitake with red cabbage and ground mousse
Runderbavette with pepper and mushroom bitter ball

Chocolate mousse with red fruit and "reindeer sauce"
Pouring blueberries of blueberries with Weerribben-yoghurt ice cream
Gratin of pear with perensorbet and parsley sauce

This menu can be reserved for lunch and dinner on Christmas Eve (Sunday 24 December), 1st Christmas Day (Monday 25 December) and 2nd Christmas Day (Tuesday 26 December).
